Interested in off season training? GSL is offering an excellent opportunity to maintain current skills and improve on the athletes off season goals. Our 2 hour practices give an opportunity to work on all four events along with conditioning and stretching. Athletes will be expected to come prepared, stay busy, and set goals for each week of practice. Come join us and get ready for next season!
